When you enter an invoiced order, the subscriber will automatically receive an emailed invoice that they can pay directly online by simply clicking on a link. Alternatively, they can print out the invoice and mail it in.

SimpleCirc includes robust reporting for keeping track of unpaid invoices and a complete "invoice efforts" feature that allows you to follow up on unpaid invoices. If a particular subscription has exahusted its invoice efforts without payment it will automatically be moved to bad debt.
